Stephen’s experience is diverse in scale and content, and involves virtually all sectors. This includes one-off housing/estates and flats, barn conversions, domestic and commercial adaptions and refurbishments, business parks and corporate HQs, industrial parks and units, hospitals, universities, halls of residence and schools.
Stephen joined The Seaman Partnership in January 2005 and became a Director in December 2006.

Currently enrolled on the RIBA Studio programme
15 years construction industry experience ranging from site management and on-site construction to production of feasibility and construction information within practice. 
On-site projects include: Rolls-Royce Headquarters, Chichester and 30 St Mary’s Axe (The Gherkin), London
Design projects include: The Weald Community School, Billingshurst and Project Linseed, Chichester Food Park
