Demonstrating the feasibility of developing small areas of brownfield land

DLS: ARCH obtained planning consent to develop this small corner brown field site for ten 2 and 3 bed houses, each with an allocated parking space. The project incorporated high levels of insulation, energy efficient boilers, lighting and the roof pitches were designed to incorporate solar panels.
