Award winning development in an historic location

Provincial and Western Homes commissioned TSP to develop this historical site on one of the gateway entrances into Chichester. Planning Consent was obtained for two three-bedroom houses, six two-bedroom houses and five one and two bedroom apartments. The scheme was awarded a Sussex Heritage Trust Award in 2009.
