Designed to achieve a minimum of Sustainable Homes Code Level 3 featuring a highly insulated thermal envelope together with photo voltaic panels on the roof

Wilmington Homes commissioned DLS: ARCH to obtain planning consent to redevelop this former homeless hostel site. Eleven three-bedroom houses and two two-bedroom flats were designed as a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Midhurst terrace.  These terraces are designed as individual residences and each terrace is divided into 3 and 4 blocks.
